Chef of the Week
Each Saturday during the market season we feature a local restaurant, allowing their chefs to serve market shoppers freshly prepared food samples.
Chef of the Week restaurants featured in 2013 included: Bin22, White Buffalo Club, West Bank Grill, Haydens Post, The Kitchen, Pizza Antica, Handle Bar, El Tlaxalteca, Snake River Grill and Local.
